I’ve stepped foot at nearly the top of the country (oh Bangui Windmills), and have gone down south as well (Blugre, anyone?). I have listened to the malambing Ilonggo, as well as the kuripot Cebuano. I have felt the sands of Boracay, while I have also stepped across the islands of Coron. I’ve seen old churches, ancestral houses, great barako coffee and warm wonderful people.
I still have a number of places to go to, though – and not just in the Philippines. I wonder what the next two years would mean for me and travelling? I hope for good things, as I wish it for you too, my good reader.
